The only way I can force my mute button to work on my Poly Voyager 4310 / BT700 is to keep the Windows 10 Sound Settings Window open. If I close it or minimize it on my work PC, the mute button on the headset stops working. As long as that Sound window is up, mute works normally. I'm running the latest Plantronics Hub Version 3.25.1|Build 37203.

Hi, I have a problem with my new Voyager Focus 2 in bluetooth mode. Currently, every 5-10 minutes the headset mutes the mirco automatically. I read that this could happen because of the wearing sensor. So I deactivated the sensors in Poly Lens App and it worked well when I use the USB Dongle. But the problem still occours in bluetooth mode.
