Smooth booking experience.

Having made an enquiry I got an email and (missed) phone call. The email had the telephone number of one your representatives - Lisa Crick. She answered my questions, helped me locate a suitable cabin, provided some insights into the dining bookings and in short was very helpful and personable. Once again I was pleased to book with IGLU.

Good customer care

I saw an holiday that we liked the sound of but needed more information before I booked it. Rang Iglu who we have used many times before and spoke to Paul who answered all my queries and more. I thanked Paul and informed him that I would ring him back after speaking to my husband which I did and then we booked the cruise. Paul was polite, knowledgeable and professional in my interactions with him. I will in future use Paul to book further holidays.

Everyone was helpful

Every thing was sorted from beginning to end for our trip, Could not have been easier and Daniel was very helpful and most informative, took me through it all effortlessly. Excellent service.

Friendly and helpful agent made booking easy.

The agent was really friendly and clear. I had a list of questions and she was instantly able to answer them. I rarely book a holiday, other than with a travel agent, but I found the process very straightforward. I’d done my research and, as this was not my first cruise, I knew what I wanted to book. I was delighted with the way the email also directly linked me to the P&O website that I am familiar with.

Good booking experience.

Lisa, our cruise specialist, was very helpful and efficient and not at all pushy. She found a great location on the ship for the grade of cabin we were looking for. The booking process was very smooth.

Sue Thomas was extremly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She explained the booking process clearly as we went along. She answered all my questions and arranged my booking without any fuss. I didn't hesitate in phoning Iglucruise to book my cruise for this year. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, on every aspect of the cruise that l was interested in. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A TRAVEL PROVIDER

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service this company provides. Despite MANY times contacting Iglu it took 18 days from paying the fee to change the spelling error on boarding card. Promised a call back every time and they never called. It was ONLY changed once legal action was threatened did they complete the name change. Again, promised phone calls back to change our cabin over, as able to in our booking terms and shock, nothing has been done! So with less than two weeks until we depart we still don’t have the cabin issue sorted. Completely incompetent company in our experience and legal action will be taken.

Our first cruise

First cruise ever.so amazing from start to finish. the crew where outstanding. A special shout out to Maria our waitress on most evenings outstanding and very attentive. I was wary about cruising but so much going on,we didn't get bored.cabin new left our cabin spotless daily..if you have never cruised before,boy are you in for a treat.enjoy s we did.oh and watch the cruise videos on you tube,so informative.
