They've already supported Britney Spears on the US leg of her 2011 ‘Femme Fatale’ arena tour, performed at festivals across the globe and been invited by electronic music masterminds Ministry of Sound to compile their own ‘Inspired’ mix, and they’re only getting bigger.

The sisters grew up listening to influential electronic artists such as Fatboy Slim and Basement Jaxx and dreamed of one day producing music like their heroes. Since Sony/ATV Music Publishing recognized their talent and signed them at the age of 18, the pair have enjoyed an astonishing rise to fame in the world of pop music and in the club scene. As a song writing team NERVO have worked with a number of artists including Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Kesha, The Pussycat Dolls, Cheryl Cole and even one of the biggest names in pop, Kylie Minogue.

Their success really began to skyrocket when they co-wrote the 2009 chart-topping hit ‘When Love Takes Over’ with David Guetta and Kelly Rowland, which won Guetta a Grammy and was pronounced Billboard’s number one dance/pop collaboration ever in 2013. This huge achievement led to them getting an artists’ contract with Virgin/EMI Music in 2010 and subsequently releasing a number of their own singles, such as 2011's ‘We’re All No One’ (feat. Afrojack and Steve Aoki) which made the top spot on the UK club charts and 2012’s ‘You’re Gonna Love Again’.

NERVO continue to lend their unique style and personal touch to music and fashion and are highly sought-after names in entertainment. In an industry as notoriously male-dominated as electronic music, their ascent to stardom is nothing short of inspiring, and has rightly earned them millions of fans worldwide.

I never really knew much about the Nervo twins because at the time I was still new to the rave scene and my friends just told me about them coming to town. Thus I decided to spontaneously buy Gold Meet & Greet tickets to their show with the Belgian Duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

Best. Decision. Ever. Prior to their show, I obviously did my research and found out that they’re Australians from Melbourne and the first track I listened to was their collaboration track "The Way We See The World" with Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike – which was also the Anthem for Tomorrowland 2011.

I had the great opportunity to meet Mim and Liv when they performed in Cape Town at the Sideshow, which has also hosted other great DJs like R3hab. They’re so down to earth and even complimented me for my sense of style, which I’m still giddy about to this day. What I really love about them as artists is that they use their own vocals for their tracks most of the time and that truly makes their sets unique and lively. They do a lot of mixes of the latest songs as well since they’ve mostly released a large amount of singles and haven’t made an album yet. I would not mind seeing these girls again.

Australian sister duo Nervo have made quite the impression on the EDM/electro circuit with a combination of striking appearance and even more striking music. The girls really know how to bring a party and from the first appearance onstage they take it in turns to control the decks and hype the swirling, cheering crowds below.

From the offset they have had the opportunity to collaborate with dance legends including Steve Aoki and Afrojack so they often drop these tracks along with music by the artists themselves and the crowd goes collectively insane. The party never loses pace and a mid-set drop of 'You're Gonna Love Again' pushes energy levels to fever pitch.

The girls capitalise on this as they mash up some of their favourite dance tracks of the moment whilst Olivia stands proudly at the front of stage and jumps along with the crowd. It is easy to see that if they put as much effort into their career as they do their live performance, they are assured to be huge.

Paul will bring his acclaimed Got Back tour to Europe this December!

Fulfilling his promise to 'get back', Paul will return to France, Spain and the UK with his Got Back  tour. Earlier this month, Paul announced his first live shows of 2024 with the next leg of the tour launching in South America this October.  

With songs like ‘Hey Jude’, ‘Live and Let Die’, ‘Band on the Run’,  ‘Let It Be’ and so many more, the Paul McCartney live experience is everything any music lover could ever want from a rock show: hours of the greatest moments from the last 60 years of music – dozens of songs from Paul’s solo, Wings and of course Beatles catalogues that have formed the soundtracks of our lives.

This will mark Paul’s first European show since his iconic Glastonbury headlining performance in 2022. Hailed as “one of the greatest gigs of all time” by The Times and “a masterclass from the greatest living cultural figure in this country’s history” by The i, it was also Paul and his band’s 500th show together! These dates will see McCartney return for his first live performance in Paris in six years - in 2018 he played at La Defense Arena, where he is making his return. The wait has been longer for Spaniards, where he last played eight years ago, in 2016 at Estadio Vincente Calderon.

Paul launched his Got Back tour in 2022, completing 16 huge shows across the US before performing his history-making set at Glastonbury in June 2022. In 2023 Paul performed 18 incredible shows as the Got Back tour rocked through Australia, Mexico and Brazil.

Reggaeton singer Don Omar reveals he has cancer ahead of additional tour dates

Reggaeton star Don Omar revealed he has cancer Monday in an Instagram post with a photo of what appears to be him wearing a hospital bracelet.

Omar, who is from Puerto Rico, captioned the post in Spanish, saying that "tomorrow" he will be cancer-free. There were no additional details about his diagnosis or treatment.

"Good intentions are well received," he wrote, according to the translation. "See you all soon."

The message was posted only hours after Omar posted a video of him auditioning dancers for the second leg of his Back to Reggaeton tour. New shows resume in August, starting with a stop in Oakland, California.

Omar, whose real name is William Omar Landrón Rivera, rose to popularity in the early 2000s. He has released eight studio albums since 2003 and has won two Latin Grammy awards out of 13 nominations. He also spent many years famously feuding with fellow singer Daddy Yankee, despite having collaborated and toured together early in their careers. The two men posted that they buried the hatchet in separate Instagram posts in December, according to Billboard .

"I wish you the best for you and your family," Omar wrote . "Thank you for your competitiveness and admirable discipline but even more thank you for what you did for our music.”

Things to do | andra day sets 2024 tour, including san diego concert at humphreys. here are all the dates, the grammy award-winning singer and golden globe-winning actress is a graduate of the san diego school of creative & performing arts. she was nominated for an oscar for her lead role in the 2021 film, “the people vs. billie holiday.”.

Day’s 2024 tour will open Aug. 9 in Atlanta and conclude Sept. 24 in Seattle. It is in support of her second solo album, “CASSANDRA (cherith),”which was released May 10. The 16-song collection is the follow-up to her 2015 debut album, “Cheers to the Fall.”

In 2021, Day earned a Best Actress Oscar nomination and a Golden Globe Award for her performance in the title role in “The United States vs. Billie Holiday.” (Her stage name, Day, is an homage to jazz and blues vocal legend Holiday.) Day is the featured artist on the 2021 soundtrack album, “The United States vs. Billie Holiday.”

This will be Day’s first major national concert tour in seven years. She stars in the upcoming film, “The Deliverance.” It is directed by Lee Daniels, who also directed “The United States vs. Billie Holiday.” “The Deliverance” will open in theaters on Aug. 16 and begin streaming on Nextflix on Aug. 30.

Tickets for will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time to the general public for all the shows on Day’s tour.

There will be several pre-sales. The first starts at 10 a.m. local time Wednesday for Citi card members. A Spotify pre-sale will begin Thursday at noon local time (the password is: Cassandra), It will be preceded by a 10 a.m. pre-sale on ticketmaster.com (for which the password is: GV2024).

All pre-sales conclude at 11:59 p.m. Thursday. Tickets for Day’s San Diego concert at Humphreys are $41.50, plus service charges.

Mexican singer-songwriter Ivan Cornejo has announced the biggest tour of his career in support of his upcoming new album, “Mirada,” due July 18.

The 26-date trek will see Cornejo hitting arenas for the first time in his career, in addition to festivals and theaters across North America.

The country music icon made history with his concert at Kyle Field in College Station on Saturday night, playing to a record-breaking 110,905 fans . The show set the U.S. record for a ticketed concert, previously held by The Grateful Dead with its 1977 concert at Raceway Park in New Jersey.

"We got some Aggies out there? Oh yeah!" Strait said at the concert, per Chron , referencing the Texas A&M University team. "I’m ashamed to say this, but this is my first time to ever be in Kyle Field. Damn! Just invite me back!"

The concert also broke the record for the most attended single event at Kyle Field, even beating the Aggies football team. The record for a football game was set on Oct. 11, 2014, with 110,663 fans in attendance for a Texas A&M 35-20 loss to SEC West rival Ole Miss. Strait also broke his own Texas record on June 7, 2014, when he performed for 104,793 at Arlington's AT&T Stadium.

Strait's current tour has four remaining dates. The next concert is set for June 29 at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City.

Among the attendees at Saturday's concert were new Texas A&M football coach Mike Elko and Sen. Ted Cruz . Elko shared a photo of his seats from the venue when asked whether he was taking in a show of another kind: Texas A&M baseball's College World Series opener vs. Florida in Omaha, Nebraska. The game was heavily delayed by weather, causing a conflict for the Aggies coach.

"Enjoying The King at Kyle Field," Elko wrote. "But I’ll be there supporting @AggieBaseball when we’re done."
