We just went on a trip with Allegiant Travel Company to Las Vegas. We used Showtime Transportation as part of the package to get between the airport and the hotel. Guess what - our return shuttle was so late that we had to take a cab to the airport - WHICH TURNED OUT CHEAPER THAN THE SHUTTLE FEE - and by the time we got to the airport - we had to throw our liquids that we had bought at the bath and body in the TRASH because the lines were too long to check a bag. Allegiant airlines refunded our baggage fee for the suitcase we didn't have time to check - but Showtime Transportation said they couldn't refund our shopping costs as it is against their policy. They admit it was their delays that caused the issue but couldn't stand behind a $50 request for reimbursement. A very sad way to end a great vacation. My advice - TAKE A CAB!!!

the worst to fly wit!! they customer service lady name Sharon is horrible and rude they make my son and granddaughter miss their 03-20-24 flights and i had to rebuy tickets again on 3-27-24 and they refuse them wheelchair assistance as I requested them they lost our car seat when they made it to Californi.. then the next day they called and said they had the carsea, we go back up to get fo them to tell us they don't have it.. again 4-124 they called us to come put it up a 7pm I get up to get it and they still say they don't have it when they called us at 3:30 pm they told us they close at 3:45 and that they would reopen again at 7 o'clock. Get there at 7 o'clock for them to tell us that they don't have the car seat. worst company to fly with ever.

We booked a vacation to Las Vegas. Apparently the hotel We picked... it's a time share! So now to not pay $700 more on top of $500 we paid. We have to attend a time share presentation for 2 hours! What a scam! We had no idea. Very disappointing! I tried to call Allegiant and if you want to talk to someone only takes 3 hours to be on hold! Grey hound in the skies so not sure why I didn't expect this.

I wish I could give them a zero star rating for phone/chat/Facebook messenger. These are all the modes of communication they suggest, yet it's impossible to get response from any of them. Multiple times I've been on hold for hours. I'm currently at 6.5 hours on phone hold. And yes, it's during their off peak hours. I honestly don't think anyone works there. They cancelled my return flight and the site won't let me "manage my trip" as their annoying hold message tells me repeatedly. If you ever need to contact a person, forget it.

this was my first time using this service. i had to change return flight and it too 49 min. to make the change. also accent of person helping very hard to understand. NOW THE REAL PROBLEM. MY CREDIT CARD WAS COMPROMISED BY SOMEONE WITHIN ALLEGIANT CHARGING OVER $900. this card is never used for anything other than at costco. BEWARE EVERYONE

Leaving right now on Flight from Las Vegas to Fresno and girl at counter say you can't take your purse and carry on you need to put your purse in you bag well at Fresno that was not an issue so make a decision yes I can have a carry with my purse or not. I came here with this bag and purse and now you have new rules RUDE!!!

What do i need to take a gocar tour.

• to be at least 21 years old
• hold a valid driving license
• have a credit card or cash for the security deposit 

What insurance cover comes with a GoCar?

Why a gocar.

GoCar is the world’s first GPS-guided storytelling car. Our custom navigation system guides you around Las Vegas and the car talks to you, telling you all about the city. You can explore parts of Las Vegas the tour bus cant reach and you will look cool doing it!

Do I have to stay on the tour?

You can go FREESTYLE if you want to, no problem. But the car only talks on the designated routes.

Wich languages are available?

English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish

Can children ride in a GoCar?

The minimum age to be a passenger is 7yrs.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes of course. Our Terms & Conditions state:

• Reservations are fully refundable with a 7-day notice prior to departure. If cancellation occurs between 2 – 6 days, a charge of 50% applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations in less than 24 hours.
• If we cancel a tour due to weather or other reasons, we will issue a rain check or all payments will be refunded. GoCar Tours San Francisco does not guarantee the weather.
• Trip insurance is available to purchase and allows you to request a full refund due to a cancellation for any reason before your tour.

Are reservations required? How far in advance?

Booking is not always required. However, we fully recommend booking in advance

Can I go if pregnant?

Yes, it’s ok. However, keep in mind these car small and bumpy cars, please consult with your lead doctor if he allows you to participate in these types of activities.

What is a valid license?

License requirements vary per vehicle that is available to drive. See specific tour/rental page details for its individual license requirements.

Can I buy full insurance cover for a GoCar?

How long does a tour take.

GoCar tours length varies by your tour selection. Visit the tour or rental page to see what options are available. Typical tour lengths are 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours, with the option for an all day tour/vehicle rental.

What If I arrive back late?

Your tour’s length may vary due to circumstances such as departure time and location, traffic, detour choices, and your itinerary. If you do take additional rental time, this will be billed in 1-minute increments at our retail rates. 

What if it rains on the day of my booking?

It is fine to drive a GoCar in the rain,  but we can re-schedule your tour for another day or time. If weather conditions are extreme and you have no flexibility with regards to time, we can make a refund.

Are GoCars available for Corporate Outings, Team Building and Group Activities?

Are pets allowed can i bring my dog can i bring my emotional support animal.

Absolutely! We are pet friendly.

San Francisco Group Activities

Can I bring a camera? Can I bring a drone? Can I bring a Go Pro?

If it’s personal use you can bring your camera and GoPro, however you may need to have permits to fly a drone in the San Francisco Bay Area. If it’s for commercial use you may need permits for some areas in the city.
