Princess Juliana International Airport VIP AIRPORT SERVICES

AirStMaarten offers two types of VIP Services to its discerning clients who want a hassle-free transit through the Princess Juliana International SXM Airport (PJIA), with no standing in line; with access to the comfort of a VIP or Business Class lounge(*); expedited immigration service, customs and security screening clearance; fast luggage retrieval and porter assistance; and smooth transfers to their outbound flights or escort to their waiting ground-transportation vehicles to take them in style to their accommodations on the island.

(*) Please note that due to the damage caused by Hurricane Irma in September 2017, there is no VIP or Business Class Lounge available.

Premium VIP Services

With our Premium VIP Services, we will meet clients at the door of the aircraft when they arrive on the inbound leg with a name sign holding up. We will then escort them, clear them through Immigration and retrieve their luggage for them.

If you book the Premium VIP Package for the outbound leg, we will meet you when they arrive at the airport, check you in, escort you through Customs and security and escort you to the boarding gate.

Regular VIP Services

With the regular VIP Services clients meet our VIP Services Agents inside the terminal building after deplaning. Inside the Transit Hall they will meet our VIP Services Agent there who will have a name sign holding up. The VIP Services Agent assists them from that point on. This regular VIP Service does not include the use of the VIP Lounge nor the Soualiga Business Class Lounge. If clients want to use the Soualiga Business Class Lounge(*), an entrance fee is per person charged.

VIP AIRPORT SERVICES

We ensure an easy, fast and hassle free journey through the SXM Airport. Our Meet & Greet service will help bypass long lines, remove language barriers and make passing through the airport easy. Our agents assist passengers through all the airport formalities and help complete procedures at security, immigration, baggage collection and drop off. Available to all passengers on any airline and in any ticket class. We provide invaluable airport services for thousands of passengers every year, from tourists and families, to VIPs and corporate customers.

VIP Fast Track Services​

VIP Fast Track Services provided by our greeter who will meet you on arrival and stay with you every step of the way. Our service is available to all passengers, on any airline and in any ticket class. We will do our best to accommodate your language preference.

Our Services

Vip arrivals.

You will be met at the designated meeting point as you enter the main terminal building after arrival by our VIP Services agent and escorted through Immigration to the baggage claim area. The agent will coordinate the time and a meeting point with your driver prior to your arrival. Our porter will collect your luggage and load it on to your vehicle.

VIP Departures

You will be met at the curbside by our VIP Services agent and a porter who will collect your luggage and bring it to the check-in counter as we check you into your flight. You will be escorted through Customs, Immigration and the security checkpoints and taken to the lounge/ boarding gate.

VIP Connections

You will be met on arrival and escorted through Immigration to the baggage claim area. You will be accompanied by our VIP Services agent during the entire process. This will guarantee the fastest possible passage through security checkpoints and boarding formalities.

VIP Airport Transfers

VIP Airport Transfers will pick you up or drop you off at the airport in a timely and stress free manner as we will track your flight and coordinate all the necessary details with the driver. We can also prearrange flowers, snacks and drinks for you upon request.

VIP Transportation Services

For our VIP Transportation Services, we have an extensive fleet of VIP SUV vehicles, vans and busses. From Chevrolet Suburbans to Mercedes Sprinters. You can book our VIP vehicles for VIP Transfers, Tours, Private and Personalized Transportation with Dedicated Drivers. Armed Escort and Bodyguards are also possible on request basis. We charge a one-time fee for one-off transfers and hourly rates for tours and transportation services, and/or we can have our drivers be on standby based on our VIP Standby Services and our VIP Dedicated Services.
