Reimbursement due since 2022
I still await reimbursement of £160 since 2022. Even after review sent a message that the link you shared I wasn't able to open and no one got back to me. Note: today is the 28th of June and even though I've contacted them and sent all you asked for, Southall still has not resolved this!

Southall travel organised a wonderful trip in the golden triangle of India including Agra, Ranthambore and Jaipur. Our driver Pradeep was safe and knowledgeable and the hotels were all great with the exception of the Royal Orchid hotel In Jaipur. Southall Travel should look at the public health issues with the swimming pool here, very disturbing.
