Wasteland/Nimbus 3 are the only ones that don't require you to be level 65 to get. Nimbus 3 is something you really want to do early because one of the final rewards is the nimbus pirate fleet beacon that is an EXTREMELY useful permanent ship device that lets you call in some backup if you're having issues with some space combat parts. What I've found annoying with the other ones is that they tie into other episodes as things that have happened (Cold War explains a bit chunk of part of the Iconian War, Lost Dominion introduces several characters that show up later, but, especially, Gamma...and Spectres is one that's basically something that ties into the TOS Captain's story as definitely happening. Wasteland is a big part of the story for the Romulans, but also ties, heavily into some of the Klingon Civil War stuff, especially with KDF characters.

It might require level 15 though, but it's only been a couple days since I did it on a DISC captain I was starting out. Look in the available tab for "Secrets of Nimbus" under Franklin Drake as the mission assigner.

nimbus dance competition is broken on PS4 because you now can't scroll up or down to select the dance moves - it's my universal endeavour. Hold the X button to bring up the full menu and choose from there. The pop ups got broken in the last update. If it's the same as on Xbox (which I assume), you can also use the emotes list from chat.
