Friend instructions

Click on one of the referrer's links above to sign up as a customer to Staysure.

Payment details

The referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and they have passed their 14 day cooling off period. The referrer is offered a £10 Marks & Spencer gift card for each friend who buys for the first time.

Any other conditions?

The reward is valid for one month from the point of issue to the referred friend. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.

Is there a limit on referrals?

Multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to the limit that the referrer may not earn more than 5 within any 24 hour period or 25 within last 12 months or 1500 GBP of reward value within last 12 months.

Do I have to be a customer to make referrals?

No you don't. Anyone can sign up to refer others.

Great service over phone without long wait time

I got a quote online but due to an underlying health condition I was still a little unsure of a couple of things so called to ask these questions and purchase over the phone. I called on a Friday evening after 7 expecting to be told lines were closed and get opening hours. Instead call was answered with a very short wait time. I actually wasn’t in a position to do call at the time (really didn’t think they’d still be open) so said to very nice adviser I’d call back. Second call was same as first, answered very quickly and by a very nice adviser who explained and answered my queries and completed call quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and helped soften the blow of slightly more expensive insurance. Only more expensive because of underlying health condition. Policy purchased was cheaper than any other quote I’d received.

Efficient renewal of my travel insurance.

I rang Staysure to renew my annual travel insurance as my renewal date was very close to the beginning of my holiday and I needed the new policy details to log with my travel company. I was dealt with politely and efficiently and received my emailed documents very quickly. Thank you Staysure.

Came recommended by friends. Premium came as a bit of a shock, but then you get what you pay for. Two medical declarations made, only wanted you to take cognisance of one but this was not possible, could have reduced price.

Flight cancelletion

because of illness I had to cancel a flight to Germany. The form filling was tedious and long. One had to be completed by a Dr and luckily for me my Dr did not charge. Then only part of the fare was refunded and no explanation given.

I can see within the policy wording it does state that your policy will not cover: Any costs relating to airport taxes or air passenger duty. You should obtain a refund from your carrier for such charges.
