We had a Worst experience - even you book the room in advance they might say they cannot give room when you reach in person. our friend had booked the room (evening around 4) once we reached ( around 9.30) he said we cannot offer room.. the rooms were not occupied, it was empty. Still the manager at night didn't give us accommodation. And his audacity to shout at us to leave. All of us felt like a victim of his rudeness.

Worst hospitality... They don't know how to treat people / customers. No respect or decency in handling tourists. Booked room thru phone., they didn't give room when we went there. Bad experience, spoiled our trip.

A budget accommodation near Eranakulam North railway station. Easy access, excellent check-in timings, excellent accessibility for train and bus. Being at a place round the kerb, only roadside parking space is available.

Was in cochin for a business meet, selected Hotel Luminara for my stay for 04 days, it was an amazing experience, well-appointed rooms, MIAM their restaurant serves all verities of food with an authentic touch, also it was great experience to teat their Triple Biryani Thali with a very reasonable pricing. Great service and helpful staffs. Liquid state is the highlight of the place which serves tapas style snacks and wide range of drinks. I’am Irfan was in cochin as part of a marriage group and the rooms were booked with The Luminara, a new hotel with all modern arrangements, big parking area, nice restaurant MIAM, Liquid State for Snacks & Drinks, Swimming pool, good in room facilities with safety locker, tea coffee supplies, bathroom supplies also the best available. We really had a wonderful time here and will definitely come back with family in my next visit to cochin.

The highlight of the Palace is the display of multi-billion worth Cochin Royal Crown and Crown Jewels. The Crown Gallery is a high security zone with elaborate security checks. Photography and bags are prohibited. The Palace complex is huge with several buildings inside. There is a good Deer Park (10AM-4:30PM) which also has peacocks. A small fauna garden was set up in 2003. The palace has more than 100 different species of trees and plants of medical value.
