Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes will be bringing their Catalan rumba, flamenco, and salsa party to The Bridgewater Hall in March 2024! Having performed to a sold out crowd at London’s Royal Albert Hall earlier this month, the musicians will be back by popular demand to perform around the country.

The Gipsy Kings, featuring Nicolas Reyes, have announced a UK and Ireland tour for spring 2024.

The French flamenco band, known for hits such as Bamboléo, Volare, Djobi, Djoba and their Spanish cover of Randy Newman's You've Got A Friend In Me, have lined up eight shows for next March.

Stops include Dublin, Edinburgh, Gateshead, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Brighton and London, where they'll play the Royal Albert Hall. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on May 26.

The group also have US dates in the diary for this summer.

About gipsy kings.

Members of the Gipsy Kings have been delighting audiences with their passionate music since the sixties, initially operating in the Southern French village of Arles. In 1986 the band's music reached the ears of the wider world. Assisted by producer Claude Martinez they began crafting a contemporary vision of flamenco, which mixed their traditional roots with influences from Latin America, North Africa, the Middle East and rock music. Their pioneering approach paid off, as their songs and albums started selling by the load in Europe. Since then their reputation has grown and grown worldwide, making them a popular draw wherever they choose to play.

Having spent my youth on the road with Tull, supertramp,Fleetwood Mac and such, this concert was as high tech, professional, great performance as I'd been to up to that time. The only reason it wasn't the best was the municipal was at the time an absolute nightmare to EQ.

Enjoyed the concert! They sang all their popular songs that everyone know, the last few songs the entire audience was dancing and even some on stage! Was a fun time! Only 83 min show length but they sounded great!

I try to see Gipsy Kings every year when they come to Wolf Trap. Great show, interactive with audience. Did feel it was a more low tempo show this time around and the band set sounded even more...acoustic? A lot of their shows in the past have seemed really upbeat but this one felt a little more relaxing in terms of the music they played, the style, how they sounded. I will continue to see them as long as they come to the DC area because I am a massive fan. Long live the Gipsy Kings.
