Today, Pollstar’s comedy touring artist of the decade KEVIN HART brings fans a special Valentine’s Day gift with the announcement of his first major tour in over four years. The Reality Check Tour, produced by Live Nation, begins this July and will bring the comedic icon to over 30 arenas across North America, including stops in Las Vegas, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Montreal, and many more. 

“I am hype as shit to go back out on tour. There is nothing better than making people laugh, I can feel the energy in the venues like caffeine pumping through my veins. I’ve been cooking up something special and have thoughts I need to get off my chest. Go get your tickets and come ready to have a good night!”, said Kevin Hart. 

Tickets for the highly anticipated tour go on-sale this Friday, February 18 at 10AM local time at KevinHartNation.com. Fans will also have access to a special Live Nation presale beginning Wednesday, February 16th at 10AM local time through Thursday, February 17th at 10PM local time.

Hailed as one of the highest-earning stand-up comedians of 2019 by Forbes, Hart’s most recent global comedy tour sold out over 100 arenas around the world, and sold over one million tickets worldwide in 2018 during his Irresponsible Tour . The Reality Check Tour, produced by Live Nation, begins this July and will bring the comedic icon to over 30 arenas across North America, including stops in Atlanta at the award-winning State Farm Arena on Sept. 8 and 9 , Las Vegas, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Montreal, and many more.

Upon arrival at the venue, phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.

All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact and wear required personal protective equipment.

A: Set your phone to vibrate as you enter the venue. You’ll be able to feel your phone vibrate through the Yondr case when you receive calls or texts. You may use your phone throughout the night at designated Phone Use Areas in the lobby of the venue.

Q:  What is a Phone Use Area?

A: Guests are able to use their phones at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones must be secured in a Yondr case before guests re-enter the performance space. 

Q:  How do I unlock my phone after the show?

A: Yondr staff will be stationed at all exits to unlock your phone at the end of the show.

Q:  Does it take long to unlock the cases and leave the venue?

A:  No. Yondr staff are located at each exit to unlock cases. We find that leaving is consistently faster at a phone-free show. 

Q:  I didn’t know about the phone policy. What if I don’t want to do this?

A: This is the show policy, and as a result we cannot allow entry to any guests with cell phones or smart devices if they are not secured in a Yondr case.

Q:  What happens if there is an emergency in the venue and I can’t access my phone?

A: All venue staff and security have cell phones and radios. Should an emergency occur, they are trained to implement and execute safety and emergency procedures. Guests should follow all venue instructions and evacuate immediately in the case of an emergency. Yondr Venue Staff will have hand-held unlocking devices outside at a safe distance from the venue.

“Planes, Trains & Automobiles” might sound familiar. In this reimagining of the 1987 classic, Hart co-stars with Will Smith as “a pair of unlikely travel companions trying to make their destinations in time for the Holiday weekend.”

“My Own Worst Enemy”  tells the story of an agent sent on a dangerous assignment and then receives an assist from an unlikely informant. Tim Story has been tapped to direct.

“The Great Outdoors”  will see Hart star in a remake of the 1988 John Candy-Dan Aykroyd comedy where a family on vacation repeatedly gets interrupted by their irritating in-laws. Teena Lewis and Tristan Cantave are set to co-star.

“Ride Along 3”  is an extension of the popular Hart-Ice Cube franchise featuring Hart as a well-meaning high school teacher who applies to the police academy to impress the girl of his dreams (Tika Sumpter). There, he meets her tough brother (Ice Cube), who, you guessed it, takes him on a ride along to set him straight. According to  Looper , director Tim Story wants to take the ongoing series to another country in a future installment.

“Back On The Strip”  has a wild Las Vegas-based plot. Merlin (Spencer Moore II) loses the woman of his dreams, heads to Sin City to pursue magic and is hired to front strip crew, The Chocolate Chips. This one features a handful of comedy ringers alongside Hart, like J.B. Smoove, Tiffany Haddish, Gary Owen, Bill Bellamy and Faizon Love. Wesley Snipes appears too.

“Borderlands,”  based on the popular video game, takes place on the desolate, fictional planet Pandora. In this abandoned world, adventurers seek out an elusive artifact. The stacked cast features Cate Blanchett, Jack Black, Jamie Lee Curtis, Gina Gershon and Bobby Lee.

“Uptown Saturday Night”  centers around a pair of pal’s night out where they chill at an illegal club, come upon a lost wallet and find a winning lottery ticket. Based on the 1974 classic featuring Sidney Poitier, Flip Wilson, Richard Pryor, Bill Cosby and Harry Belafonte. Rick Famuyiwa (“Dope,” “The Chi”) will direct from a script by Kenya Barris (“Blackish,” “Coming 2 America”).

“Lift”  follows an unlikely action duo — an expert thief and her ex-boyfriend. Together, they join forces to pocket $100 million in gold on a 777 passenger flight. Rounding out the cast are Sam Worthington, Vincent D’Onofrio, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jean Reno and Burn Gorman. F. Gary Gray (“Friday,” “The Italian Job”) directs.

“Monopoly,”  currently in development, finds a boy from the board game’s Baltic Avenue on a journey to make some cold, hard Monopoly cash. Tim Story will direct Hart again in a script by noted sci-fi screenwriter Andrew Niccol (“Truman Show,” “Gattaca”). Here’s hoping the movie, which has yet to enter pre-production, “gets out of jail free.”

This summer, beloved Emmy and Grammy-nominated comedian Kevin Hart will make his highly anticipated return to Resorts World Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas with two performances of his all-new show, Kevin Hart: Acting My Age . An undisputed force in standup comedy, KEVIN HART has announced the addition of 9 new shows to his 2024 ‘ Acting My Age’ stand-up comedy tour. Hart has added a new date in Kansas City, MO as well as second shows in Seattle, WA, Washington, DC, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, and more. Full routing can be found below.

TICKETS: Tickets for the new dates will be available starting with presales beginning Wednesday, May 15th at 10am local time before the general on sale starting Friday, May 17th at 10am local time on KevinHartNation.com . Kevin Hart Takes a Dramatic Turn in New Crime Series Fight Night: "Never Been More Excited"

The limited series, starring Kevin Hart, Taraji P. Henson, Don Cheadle, Samuel L. Jackson, and Terrence Howard, will premiere on the streamer on September 5.

Get ready to take a trip back to Atlanta circa 1970.

The upcoming limited series  Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist   is set to premiere on Peacock Sept. 5, 2024. Inspired by one of the largest armed robberies in the country's history, the show is about how Atlanta was transformed into the "Black Mecca" and has a stacked cast that includes Kevin Hart , Taraji P. Henson, Terrence Howard, Don Cheadle, Chloe Bailey, and Samuel L. Jackson. 

"I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited about something in my life," Hart told  Vanity Fair  of the project, for which he serves as executive producer.

What is Fight Night ?

Based on the iHeart podcast of the same name, the series has been years in the making and is a passion project for Hart, who originally intended to remake the 1974 comedy  Uptown Saturday Night  alongside actor Chadwick Boseman. However, when Boseman died of colon cancer in 2020, Hart gave up on the project — until executive producer Will Packer came to him with the idea of telling the story of the robbery that kicks off in  Uptown Saturday Night .

"I said that the only way I would do it is if we could turn it into a drama,” Hart explained to VF . “That way I didn’t feel like I was doing what Chadwick and I were going to do. It was something different."

After Henson, Cheadle, Howard, and Jackson were cast, the team began to focus on the finer details that help the series come alive.

"I want people to come out of this feeling like they got an authentic slice of what life was like for Black Americans living in Atlanta in the ’70s," Packer explained to the outlet.

Packer was aided in his mission by Jackson, who lived in the area at the time of the heist and was more than willing to offer his expertise.

"We had a historian on set who just happens to be one of the greatest actors who ever walked the planet," joked executive producer and creator Shaye Ogbonna.

About Kevin Hart's "Chicken Man"

At the center of  Fight Night  is Hart's character Gordon "Chicken Man" Williams, who is accused of orchestrating the brazen robbery.

"Chicken Man is hellbent on clearing his name but must convince his old adversary, J.D. Hudson (Don Cheadle), one of the first Black detectives in the city’s desegregated police force, who is tasked with bringing those responsible to justice," per a press release.

This role required Hart to take on a more serious persona than fans are used to.

"I told him in the beginning of his career, ‘We know you’re funny, man; I want to see you do that drama,’” remembered Henson. "I still think he has another layer left that we haven’t seen yet."

As social media kicks up old stories of infidelity and highlights snapshots of his wife Eniko Hart enjoying herself in the exotic tropics during Carnival without him , actor and stand-up comic Kevin Hart seems to be blissfully paying the trolls no mind.

The Hollywood entertainer is soaking up the sun with his family on vacation in an undisclosed location. This might be the last family trip for a few months as Kevin readies his “Acting My Age” comedy tour kicking off later this month.

The “Jumanji” star shared with his 179 million followers on Instagram a series of photos of himself, Eniko and their children at the beach.

While the post could easily say “Unbothered by the Haters,” Hart chose to take the high road, captioning his post with a simple and positive message: “#Harts #LiveLoveLaugh.”

Social media weighed in on the carousel of pictures and gushed over a few things that they noticed. Many talked about how cute they looked as a family. Others were blown away because it seemed like every person, including his wife, his older set of children, Heaven and Hendrix, and younger children, Kenzo and Cairo were in shape. Multiple people commented on how everyone looked taller than the “Lift” actor.

“Damn kev everybody taller then you how does that work?” wrote one person, while one person in his defense said, “Call me crazy, but I think Unc got taller.”

Someone then joked, “All that height went somewhere else,” as another asked, “How many zoomed in?”

Then one person tore off the Band-Aid and set the Eniko haters straight. She wrote, “So now we gotta watch for the purple swim trunks like grey sweatpants… we know why ole girl ain’t leave when he cheated… it ain’t all about the money.”

Cheating allegations have been floating around the couple for close to a decade, even as recent as the 2023 Christmas Holiday . But it was a 2017 rumor that nearly caused their union to clash. At the time, Eniko was seven months pregnant with their son Kenzo.

She learned of the affair through a direct message containing an edited video of Kevin with another woman. Said tape was allegedly used in an alleged extortion scheme against the “Ride Along” actor.

This would later prompt Hart to include details of the scandal and his apology in his 2019  documentary “Don’t F—k This Up.”

Eniko would forgive him and publicly say how much she loves her man.

On Father’s day, she posted a tribute to him featuring the Philadelphia native with his brood of children. She captioned the pictures, “Happy Father’s Day my love!” and Kevin responded, “you guys more than life!!!! #Harts.”

She posted another cheerful family moment on Mother’s Day, letting the world know her day was “beautiful” and that she spent it with her Hart crew.

Then when her husband received the Mark Twin Prize at the Kennedy Center, she took to social media and raved for her beloved, writing, “This past weekend was beyond amazing. we talked  sh-t, laughed, cried… all in all left me speechless! truly a well deserved recognition + honor for one of the best to ever do it! our children, and i are beyond happy for you.”

She continued, “What an unforgettable moment babe.. keep shining comedic ROCKSTAR!”

Hart, almost on key, replied with the teary eye emoji, “I loves ya,” proving that this couple, despite all of the public attention, are each other’s rocks even during their storms.
