We have been having our international travel arranged by Julie at this agency for many years. The last time we decided to go overseas she realized that my wife's passport was only good for an additional 8 months. As my wife was planning on being overseas for more than a month, Julie helped us get an appointment at the passport center in SF the next day. We were able to get the passport without a hitch, and able to make the trip as planned. Really glad we didn't decide to get the tickets online, as we would not have realized we had a problem until it was too late. She is just very good at finding the best deals and advising on the best day to travel. Highly recommend

They provide good customer services. Good place to get Visa or Passport done or buying flight tickets.

Exceptional staff, speaks multiple languages and are well informed about travel needs! Had no issues with them and would recommend them to just about anyone traveling to Asia. I understand some people have complained about their prices, but I feel like their prices are fair. Also they can't charge you "less" just because they charged someone else a different price (due to proof parental birth place). They ask for paperwork and charge you accordingly.

Had to get my vietnam visa done within 2 month of my trip! LL Travel got it done nice and easy! Easy to work with, and a pretty large location for a travel agency. Plus it's next to pho kim long and great mall, so a variety of things to do nearby.

Huge scam. Quoted my friend $150 for a single entry into Vietnam so I called to confirm with them and she quoted me $120. As far as I know, these prices should all be the same, regardless of citizenship or not. You can get it done through a visa agency in Vietnam for under $40 (Includes the Visa Letter and stamping fee at immigration)

Good place to call if you're looking for cheap travel. The travel agents are kinda rude but hey they're Asian, what do you expect. As long as they can give me cheap fares, I can deal with the rudeness for a while. I compared a couple of places and they were always ~$100-200 under the competition. We always buy our Asia airfares from here.

-____________- A group of us had appointments at 9:00am sharp one morning for notary services and no one showed up to open the door until almost 9:15, causing us all to be late for work and appointments. We called both phone numbers listed on the door, including the one listed as the "emergency" number. No one picked up the multiple times we called while waiting. I suppose this is an okay place if you're looking for cheap travel deals... but our experience there was just plain unpleasant especially when they promised an appointment that they couldn't open on time for. -_-

This place is legit. High quality service. I was shocked to find they offered the lowest price for my Chinese ten year visa for $170. It was a two week turn around. They are cleanly inside and they speak English! Many Asian travel agents seem so messy and disorganized. I did my shopping around and this didn't have any real shady reviews. Read through it. Basically people back 3 to 5 years who were doing some price shopping and didn't have a great first initial feel. No lost passports here! I went through the process here. They even take a free photo for you for the visa. Hope you guys check this place out. Also they are right next to pho Kim long which has bomb chicken pho.

I go here to book all my international travels. Eva and Julie are the two ladies that usually work there. They are super nice, patient, and knowledgeable. They really work with you to find you the best routes and deals.
