US Music Capitals Express…

We booked the US Music Capitals Express and Carnival Caribbean cruise and had a fabulous time. Gemma, Emma and Samuel were very helpful and flexible, and adjusted the trip where possible to suit our needs. The structure worked perfectly, despite a small mishap with one of the hotels which we eventually sorted. It is a package with a lot of independence which is exactly what we wanted. We would certainly recommend Jetline and I'm a bit surprised by some of the negative comments. It is very clear what is included in the price and what is not.

Substandard Hotels

From the outset when we booked we were under the impression that we were to receive on board credit, and a cabana suite. Neither came to fruition. Also we booked hotels with Jetline as advertised in Athens prior to our cruise and afterwards in Barcelona. Both Hotels were a huge disappointment for the three of us in our party, so much so that we didn’t go back to freshen up for the evening, we stayed out and returned for the shortest possible time. The electrics in the Ambrosia Suites and Apartments should be condemned immediately. The breakfasts well, we couldn’t use the toasters as they sparked when putting bread to toast. The other breakfast items were inferior and quite frankly I wouldn’t eat food from a plastic table cloth. The hairdryer in our room had no plug attached and was hard wired into another socket. For customers with disabilities, it would be impossible for you to get in and out as this hotel has no measures in place to accommodate people with disabilities. Jetline you need to up your game. After our cruise we were booked into a hotel for 2 nights in Barcelona, and were very excited to explore the City, however our excitement soon turned to disappointment yet again, when we checked in only to find that the hotel was a 25 minute bus ride into the Centre or a 20 minute taxi ride. Thank you Jetline for making our holiday so disappointing. We will not be booking with you again and if we do not hear from you, we will be sending this to your MD.

I took a chance 12 months ago, when I booked our holiday to the Rockies and Alaska. Reviews for the company were far from good at the time, but having just returned from our trip, I can confirm that everything went smoothly according to the itinerary put together by Leo Trent, who was very helpful at all times.

Excellent customer service

We booked a Rocky Mountain and Alaska cruise through Jetline. The agent who took our booking, Keith provided excellent service and was available whenever we called. We spoke to other agents on occasion for specific queries and the service was just as good. They helped us with hints, tips and additional services to get the most out of our holiday. This was our first time in America

This was our first time in America. The Jetline officer who booked the holiday for us was quite friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. She offered her support all the way even while we were in the US. We visited more than one state. Except for an ugly experience in New York where the tour bus did not turn up, every other thing went smoothly and we enjoyed our time out there.

Booked our holidays for Alaska Rocky…

Booked our holidays for Alaska Rocky Mountains and Niagara Falls. Send us all the paperwork. Clearly it was written that we need Canada visa, but didn’t say we need ESTA for Alaska cruise As my geography is not that good. We were taking cruise from Vancouver and coming back to Vancouver. So America was not on my itinerary. I did not take American visa. I was penalised. I had to pay 700 US dollar. WE WERE SIX OF US. ALL PAID. . Few other issues. But once you have paid the money THEY DON’T CARE. ,

1 year later and still waiting for refund

Great company until something goes wrong! Booked a multi centre holiday with internal flights. We had to pay a baggage fee for our internal flights even thought luggage was meant to be included. Jetline said this should not have happened. 1 year later and we are still waiting on a refund for baggage charges!!

Excellent service

Jerry at Jetline worked extremely hard to secure the holiday we wanted; his professionalism was exemplary. He provided a detailed itinerary in response to our initial enquiries and quickly made the adjustments we requested, tailoring the trip to our specific requirements. The package Jerry has put together looks great! He was very patient when we had a few personal setbacks and were unable to book until a couple of months later than we originally intended. With a few slight amendments, Jetline was able to stay close to the original price we had been quoted. As we haven’t taken our holiday yet, it’s not possible to comment on the quality or smoothness of the trip, but so far we are very impressed with Jetline’s efficient service.

Excellent service Just returned from an amazing holiday…

Just returned from an amazing holiday booked through jetliner cruises. Imran was amazing every step of our booking. Unfortunately BA cancelled our flight the day before we were due to come home. They booked us on a non direct flight instead. They were not helpful and did not answer any emails. I didn’t think to contact Jetline. However Gemma from Jetline Cruise contacted us she had seen the change in flight told us she didn’t think it acceptable and had got us onto a direct flight. I am very impressed with the efficiency and service provided. Thank you Gemma and Imran. I will definitely use Jetline Cruises again and have already recommended them

Last year we booked with Jetline

Last year we booked with Jetline , and had wonderful service from a guy called Tom, Who could not do enough for us. This year we got someone else , who was happy to sell us the holiday , but then started getting really pushy and not as helpful , when he first tried to sell the holiday. Found that a bit sad. I did originally ask for Tom, but unfortunately he was not available. All in all , I would book again through Jetline, and hope that we get service like the first time .

Anniversary holiday

booked us out of Stanstead and back to Heathrow poor hotel choice in Mauritius and Voucher from beds online for hotel in Cape Town was messed up. This is not the first time Jetline has messed up for us but will certainly be the last.

When things go wrong don 't expect any…

When things go wrong don't expect any help. The flight that Jetline booked was cancelled by BA. Now that's not their fault but they did absolutely nothing to help. We had to run around Heathrow trying to get our replacement flight sorted and eventually flew out 12 hours late. I rang Jetline but they simply couldn't be bothered. The transfer we paid for didn't turn up (it was now 3am in Miami) so we had to get an Uber to the hotel. Jetline are happy to take your money but if anything goes wrong you're on your own! Jetline have lost a customer we have booked quite a few cruises with them. We have now taken our business elsewhere

We have in the past spoken to you several times about your grievances, and we do believe ourselves to be available and proactive as it is of course in our interest for our customers to have the best experience. You would have been asked to speak directly to BA, especially if you were at the airport, as they would have the latest information available and would be best poised to assist you. I can only imagine that if your flight details changed, it would have had a knock-on effect on your transfers; but we will of course follow this up for you. We are very sorry to hear how disappointed you are, and will continue to always be available to you should you wish to discuss anything.
