Does anyone know how to get in contact with the company Oncf Voyages? I have tried different phone numbers, social media and email.

But they won’t reply and keep giving me information that can’t be used.

My friend booked train tickets on the website and cancelled the tickets. However, she hasn’t got the refund back yet and they are not replying to her when she asks about this. Also, we live in the Netherlands and cant contact the customer service (that is 2255). So we are kind of stuck here.

does anyone know how to help?

Were the tickets fully flexible? If not, you won't get your money back.

I can only think of emails. I can't identify a number you can ring from abroad.

This is one of the reasons I just wait till I am in morocco. I buy my tickets in person. And with real tickets I can return to the station to make a change if needed.

I think you have to goto a station in person to get a refund

And we tried that link multiple times, but haven’t got any reply of then yet.

It has been 3.5 weeks now..

Why not file a claim with your credit card. Just show the card company proof of you canceling the tickets. I would think the CC would reverse the charges easy enough.

I've got the same problem, but I cancelled my tickets 5 days ago.

We have the same problem. We booked fully flexible tickets and used the online system to cancel them a week before being due to travel (the tickets say you can cancel up until the day and even afterwards). Three emails later, still no refund.

I think many companies are delaying any refunds as long as legally possible.You might with some time get a refund.

Did you pay by credit card? If so them dispute the charge.

I requested for chargeback two weeks ago in my bank and I received money in 7 days.

On the occasion of the end-of-year period, the Moroccan National Railways Office (ONCF) announced, in a press release, the launch from December 25, 2023, to January 4, 2024, of exceptional offers intended to make travel by train more accessible for all customers allowing peaceful mobility at affordable prices.

“YALLA”, A DEAL TO CEASE!

For those looking for low-cost travel, the Office offers an exceptional opportunity with more than 36,000 YALLA tickets at MAD 89 onboard Al Boraq trains and MAD 49 onboard Al Atlas trains. These prices will be available online on the website www.oncf-voyages.com and at the station for any purchase two days prior to the travel date.

“NAVETTE DIMA” CARD PROMOTION

Daily commuters, can benefit from an exclusive promotion on Al Boraq Dima subscription with a 50% discount on the Main Line routes and 30% on local routes.

MINI-GROUPS TRIPS

The office also dedicates special offers for families and friends traveling together in mini-groups of 3 to 9 people, who will be eligible for discounts of 15% in first class and 10% in second class on Al Boraq and Al Atlas trains.

« YALLA », « Navette Dima » et tarifs spéciaux pour les familles et les mini-groupes. Lancée lundi 25 décembre et s’étendant jusqu’au 4 janvier 2014, ces trois offres visent à encourager le maximum de voyageurs à privilégier le voyage par train.  

36 000 billets YALLA sont mis en vente aux prix de 89 DH à bord des trains Al boraq et de 49 DH à bord des trains Al Atlas. «Ces tarifs seront disponibles en ligne sur le site www.oncf-voyages.com et en gare  pour tout achat à J-2 avant la date du voyage», précise l’ONCF.

Pour les navetteurs qui se déplacent quotidiennement, l’ONCF offre la possibilité de profiter de la promotion exclusive sur la carte Navette Dima Al boraq avec une réduction de 50% sur les axes Grande Ligne et 30% sur les axes de proximité.

Pour les familles et les personnes désireuses de voyager ensemble, l’ONCF propose le tarif mini-groupes de 3 à 9 personnes offrant des réductions de 15% en 1ère classe et de 10% en 2ème classe sur les trains Al boraq et Al Atlas.

ONCF : 240 trains programmés par jour à l’occasion d’Aïd Al-Fitr

Ce plan de transport, qui intervient en prévision de l’affluence voyageurs que connaît cette période et afin d’assurer les déplacements des clients dans les meilleures conditions de confort et de sécurité, prévoit la programmation de trains supplémentaires, allant jusqu’à 240 trains/jour avec un renforcement sur les destinations les plus sollicitées, fait savoir l’Office dans un communiqué.

Ainsi, pour Al Boraq, l’ONCF compte programmer une cadence horaire couvrant toute la journée pour relier la ville de Tanger à Kenitra, Rabat et Casablanca de 7h à 22h (durant les journées de pic) et augmenter la capacité des places offertes sur les créneaux les plus sollicités, précise la même source.

Pour Al Atlas, l’ONCF va augmenter les capacités de places et la programmation des trains supplémentaires sur les principaux axes du réseau ferroviaire : Marrakech- Casa - Fès, Oujda, Nador, Khouribga, Safi.

Ce plan prévoit également le renforcement des équipes chargées de l’accueil et de l’orientation des passagers dans les gares et à bord des trains, ainsi que les équipes techniques qui seront mobilisées 24h/7j pour superviser la fluidité des circulations des trains, précise le communiqué.

Pour mieux planifier les voyages en cette période de grande affluence, l’ONCF recommande à ses clients d’anticiper l’achat des billets et d’acheter l’Aller-Retour pour éviter les files d’attente en gare et garantir une place assise à bord des trains.

L’achat des billets est possible via les différents canaux de vente suivants : en gares au niveau des guichets ou des Distributeurs Automatiques de Tickets (DAT), en ligne sur le site marchand www.oncf-voyages.ma ou auprès des agences partenaires de la vente de proximité (Cash Plus, Barid Cash et Tasshilat).

Le jour de l’Aïd, le nombre de trains sera réduit, ainsi les voyageurs sont invités à consulter les horaires des trains pour toute cette période via le site marchand : www.oncf-voyages.ma , le Centre de Relations clients : 2255 (coût de la communication locale), l’appli ONCF TRAFIC pour s’informer sur la situation du trafic en temps réel et le chatbot M’ONCF au 06 67 65 22 55.
