Disappointment.

Bought a subsription , was able to download last months issue but when I click on this month's issue it is only giving me the option to purchase it not download it!!!!

Magazine content is great but the app itself is confusing. I have a subscription but can't login. I get notifications about new editions but they don't appear automatically and there is no link in the app to contact support

Terrible App

Subscribed yesterday, downloaded my first issue but it just will not open without crashing the app. Followed all the suggestions in the help section, and it still won't open even with no other apps running. Deleted the app and reinstalled and now it won't recognise the fact that I've already paid £27.99 and wants me to pay again. Very poor show from a reputable magazine. This app is very amateur.
