Guns N’ Roses regresa a LatAm: estos son los precios de las entradas

Con nueve conciertos programados en seis países de la región para este año, retorna una de las bandas de rock más convocantes de las últimas décadas

Bloomberg Línea — Luego de cancelar su gira programada en 2020 por la pandemia de Covid-19, Guns N’ Roses reprogramó sus shows para América Latina. Es así como la banda de Axl Rose, Slash y Duff McKagan regresará a la región con la gira mundial We’re F’N’ Back .

La primera parte de los conciertos estarán enmarcados en el South American Tour 2022 , la continuación de la gira Not in This Lifetime Tour , que marcó el reencuentro de la banda original tras varios años de estar distanciados y que se materializó para la celebración de los 30 años de Gun’s and Roses . Además, la banda extenderá sus gira a México, con cuatro conciertos.

Este es el detalle de la gira por LatAm que tendrá Guns N’ Roses, comenzando el 8 de septiembre de 2022 en Brasil, shows en los que seguramente no faltarán hits como Welcome to the Jungle, November Rain, Paradise City, Don´t Cry , entre otros.

Los precios de las entradas están expresados en moneda local y su conversión a dólares se realizó con el tipo de cambio vigente para el 28 de marzo.

La banda se presentará en el festival Rock in Rio 2022 el 8 de septiembre , compartiendo escenario con Maneskin, The Offspring y CPM 22. Según el portal oficial Festicket, encargado de la venta de boletería, la entrada para ese día al festival tiene un costo de US$139,05.

Gun’s and Roses se presentará en el Estadio River Plate en Buenos Aires el 30 de septiembre. Las entradas se pusieron a la venta el pasado 24 de marzo, logrando un sold out en pocos días.

Los precios van desde los ARS$7.500 (US$67,7) hasta los ARS$17.500 (US$158,1), con la tasa de cambio del 28 de marzo y sin contar el costo por servicio cobrado por el operador del concierto.

El 2 de octubre en el Estadio Centenario, en la ciudad de Montevideo, desembarcará la banda que fue furor en los ‘90. En este escenario habrá disponibles siete tipos de localidades.

La entrada más económica tiene un precio de UYU$2.500 (US$60,2) y la más costosa UYU$8.000 (US$192,7). Fuera de estas clasificaciones, hay una localidad llamada ‘Golden VIP’ que tiene un costo de UYU$15.000 (US$361,4) , incluyendo no solo el acceso preferencial al evento, sino la oportunidad de desplazarse al ‘Campo VIP’ así como bebidas y merchandising exclusivo del concierto.

La banda llegará a Santiago de Chile el 5 de octubre de 2022. Su presentación será en el Estadio Nacional con entradas para ocho tipo de ubicaciones, aunque algunas ya están agotadas tras salir a la venta en los últimos días.

Los tickets van desde los CLP$27.500 (US$35,3) hasta los CLP$240.000 (US$308,2) en la categoría ‘Pacífico VIP’, la más cercana al escenario. Estos precios no tienen en cuenta los cargos por servicio que se cobran por parte del organizador.

Esa misma semana, el sábado 8 de octubre Gun’s and Roses se presentará en Lima, en el Estadio San Marcos, teniendo además como banda invitada a Molotov.

Para este show las entradas están en un rango que va desde los S/211,00 (US$56,5) hasta los S/585,00 (US$156,7) en venta regular. Además, habrá una localidad ‘Platinum numerado’ con solo 582 entradas disponibles que tiene un precio de S/1.638,00 (US$438,9).

Fuera de Sudamérica, la banda de rock también estará en México en donde programó cuatro fechas de entre el 15 de octubre y el 23 de octubre de 2022. Así pasará por Mérida, Guadalajara, Ciudad de México y Monterrey.

• Mérida (15 octubre - Xmatkuil, juntos haremos historia): entradas desde los MXN$2.140 (US$106,5) hasta los MXN$11.905 (US$592,5), incluyendo cargos por servicio.
• Guadalajara (18 octubre - Estadio Akron): entradas desde los MXN$820 (US$40,8) hasta los MXN$9.950 (US$495,2), sin incluir precios de cargos por servicio.
• Ciudad de México (21 octubre - Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes): entradas desde los MXN$690 (US$34,3) hasta los MXN$3.990 (US$198,5), sin precios por cargos de boletería.
• Monterrey (23 octubre - Estadio de Beisbol): entradas desde los MXN$890 (US$44,2) hasta los MXN$14.990 (US$746), incluyendo cargos por servicio.

La información de Billboard en 2018 señaló que la gira Not in This Lifetime Tour se había convertido en la cuarta gira más rentable de la historia, pues al tratarse de la unión de la banda, logró recaudar US$475 millones durante los años en los que se realizó.

Guns N’ Roses anunció nuevos conciertos en Latinoamérica

La banda de Los Ángeles, Guns N’ Roses, anunció en sus redes sociales las nuevas fechas de presentación que tendrá en octubre en México.

La banda de Slash, Duff y Axl Rose ya dio a conocer las fechas de su gira por Latinoamérica, que comenzará por el país azteca.

Guns N’ Roses se unió a la tendencia de conciertos de rock en México. Ya anunciábamos días atrás el concierto programado de Foo Fighters en noviembre.

Ahora los ‘Guns’ abrirán las fechas de conciertos en este país, ya que están programados para que sean en octubre.

La última vez que Guns N’ Roses estuvo en México, fue para el Vive Latino 2020, que se realizó antes de la situación de salud mundial por el covid-19.

Las ciudades de México elegidas en esta oportunidad han sido: Guadalajara, el 7 de octubre, Mérida el 9 y Monterrey 12 de octubre.

Las sedes escogidas para los conciertos molestaron un poco a los fans de México, ya que, para algunos, faltó por ejemplo la capital Ciudad de México CDMX.

GUNS N' ROSES Announces Latin American Tour

The partially reunited classic lineup of GUNS N' ROSES will embark on a Latin American tour in the fall.

Confirmed dates are as follows:

Oct. 27 - Lima, Peru - Estadio Monumental Oct. 29 - Santiago, Chile - Estadio Nacional Nov. 04 - Buenos Aires, Argentina - River Plate Stadium Nov. 08 - Porto Alegre, Brazil - Estadio Beira-Rio Nov. 11 - Sao Paulo, Brazil - Allianz Parque Nov. 15 - Curitiba, Brazil - Pedreira Paulo Leminski Nov. 18 - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - [to be announced] Nov. 20 - Brasilia, Brazil - Estadio Nacional Nov. 23 - Medellin, Colombia - Estadio Atanasio Girardot Nov. 26 - San José, Costa Rica - Estadio Nacional

A new report by The Wall Street Journal revealed that of the 25 shows GUNS N' ROSES is playing on its "Not In This Lifetime" stadium tour, 12 have either sold out or are close to it, with concert promoter Live Nation saying it expects to sell out five more on an average ticket price of $130.

While the first two shows in Detroit and Washington D.C. were packed, with 41,000 fans turning up in the Motor City, 27,000 went to see GUNS at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. And while the first of two shows at Soldier Field in Chicago was sold out, the second show was far from packed, with one half of the upper deck completely empty.

Asked for a comment, Live Nation stated that the tour was "an unqualified success," adding, "Not only is it the #1 rock tour of the summer, it will be one of the top-grossing tours of 2016 and one of the most successful reunion tours of all time. At six shows into the tour, it has already grossed more than $100,000,000 in ticket sales."

Live Nation exec Bob Roux said that the company expects to sell one million tickets for the tour, roughly 90 percent of what's available. He added that some less well-attended shows were the result of the band playing cities it wanted to play, rather than sticking to the highest population centers that would better guarantee sellouts.

The trek features classic lineup members Slash , Duff McKagan and Axl Rose backed by drummer Frank Ferrer , guitarist Richard Fortus , keyboardist Dizzy Reed and new second keyboardist Melissa Reese .

As previously reported, drummer Steven Adler performed with GUNS N' ROSES again on Saturday night (July 9) in Nashville, and also spent some time with Slash , McKagan , Ferrer and Reese during soundcheck. Adler joined GUNS for "My Michelle" and "Out Ta Get Me" , the same songs he played with them in his first appearance on this tour last Wednesday (July 6) in Cincinnati.

¿Querían ver a Guns N’ Roses ? De a poco las grandes noticias del regreso comienzan a incluir a Latinoamérica, así que más les vale estar preparados para el retorno de una de las bandas más recordadas e influyentes del hard rock. Recientemente, la banda confirmó una fecha más en nuestras latitudes, agregando a Argentina en su itinerario del Not In This Lifetime Tour . Mientras el grupo sigue recorriendo Estados Unidos, hagamos un repaso de las fechas que el conjunto tiene ya reservadas de manera oficial para visitarnos:

Perú : Guns N’ Roses se presentará en el Estadio Monumental de Lima, el jueves 27 de octubre .

Chile : en el Estadio Nacional de Santiago, el sábado 29 de octubre .

Argentina : la banda volverá al estadio de River Plate el viernes 4 de noviembre .

Brasil : por ahora, Guns N’ Roses tiene confirmados cinco conciertos en el mes de noviembre. Esta parte de la gira irá desde el Estadio Beira-Rio de Porto Alegre el día 8 , pasando por el Allianz Parque de Sao Paolo el 11 de noviembre , el estadio Pedreira Paulo Leminski de Curitiba el 15 , Río de Janeiro el viernes 18 (el lugar aún no se confirma pero la fecha está avisada en el sitio oficial de Guns N’ Roses), hasta Brasilia, donde la banda se despedirá de Brasil en el Estadio Nacional el domingo 20 de noviembre .

Colombia : el grupo llegará a Medellín, donde se presentarán en el Estadio Atanasio Girardot el día miércoles 23 de noviembre .

Costa Rica : Guns N’ Roses tocará en el Estadio Nacional de la capital San José, el sábado 26 de noviembre .

Cabe aclarar que si bien la banda ha anunciado de manera oficial estas fechas en Latinoamérica, aún no se han puesto a la venta las entradas de estos conciertos, así como tampoco confirmado los grupos que actuarán como teloneros. Y hay más, el sitio de Guns N’ Roses , al dar a conocer estas nuevas fechas, también dejó en suspenso la posibilidad de más paradas en el continente: ‘ Octubre es un buen mes para ser un fanático de los Guns con ocho fechas incluyendo Argentina, Brasil, Perú, Chile y Colombia, y más por venir , la información de la venta de entradas será anunciada pronto ’ avisa en el comunicado, por lo que está la posibilidad de seguir sumando recitales latinoamericanos de la banda.

¿Cuándo y cómo comprar entradas para Guns N’ Roses 2023 World Tour?

Los fanáticos que buscan boletos para la gira pueden registrarse y convertirse en miembros de Nightrain en el sitio web de la banda , con ello, se les otorgará acceso de preventa.

The hard rock legends, on one of the highest-profile summer tours of the US and Canada, announced 10 shows in Latin America starting on October 27 in Lima, Peru

Guns N’ Roses, whose key members Axl Rose and Slash have reunited after two decades, announced on Wednesday they were taking their long-in-the-making tour to Latin America.

The hard rock legends, on one of the highest-profile summer tours of the US and Canada, announced 10 shows in Latin America starting on October 27 at the vast Estadio Monumental in Lima, Peru.

Guns N’ Roses will play five dates in cities across Brazil and one show each in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Costa Rica, where the tour will end at San Jose’s National Stadium on November 26.

The concerts notably include a November 4 show at the River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires — the scene of the last concert of the band in July 1993 before Slash and Rose parted ways.

The band said on its website that more dates in Latin America were in the works.

Guns N’ Roses already played two dates in Mexico City in April at the start of the reunion, which included southern California’s Coachella festival.

The schedule allows Rose to complete the North American tour of AC/DC, where he has replaced long-time singer Brian Johnson who was told he risked permanent hearing damage if he kept performing.

Guns N’ Roses burst on the international scene with 1987’s Appetite for Destruction , which remains the top-selling debut album in history, as fans took to Rose’s raw anger and Slash’s intricate guitar.

But personality conflicts long riveted the band, and Slash and Rose had refused lucrative offers to reunite until this year.

Izzy Stradlin, the rhythm guitarist and writer of some of the band’s best-known songs, has declined to participate in the reunion.

The North American leg of the tour began in Hershey, Pennsylvania on August 11 and runs until November when the band wrap up at Heaven & Hell Festival in Mexico City.

In other Guns N’ Roses news, Slash’s Les Paul Hunter Burst guitar, which was used to write Guns N’ Roses’ iconic debut album ‘Appetite For Destruction’, is being auctioned for $1million (£796,105) later this month.

The guitar, which Slash also performed with onstage in 1985-86, was eventually sold in July 1986 and has since been exhibited at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.

He picked it up from Guitars R Us and it has been retrofitted with Seymour Duncans, according to the listing. The guitar also comes with various documents of provenance and certificates of authenticity.

Meanwhile, Slash recently  said he doesn’t see a Guns N’ Roses biopic happening anytime soon .

In an interview with  Yahoo! Entertainment ,  the legendary guitarist was asked if he liked the idea of creating a biopic, where he responded: “I just don’t see it happening anytime in the foreseeable future.”

He continued: “It doesn’t mean that it won’t happen ever, because who knows? I can only think down the line so far. But I’ve never been able to envision how you’re gonna get… I mean it’s one thing to try and find actors to represent the people in the band, but the other thing is all sort of theatrical depictions of life in the music scene and the everyday life of musicians and all that kinda stuff.”

2024 might have been a busy year for Slash , but 2025 will be “all about Guns N’ Roses”, he says.

Speaking in a new interview with Chuck Armstrong on Loudwire Nights , Slash – whose blues album, Orgy of the Damned , arrived last month – teases some of the plans GN’R has in store for fans once he and the other members wrap up their activities for the year.

“I’m going into the studio with the Conspirators, getting a new record done. And then after that, 2025 is all about Guns N’ Roses,” he says.

“We’re trying to get some things going with that. I think there’s a small tour in the summertime next year. I heard a rumour about that anyway, so that’s going to be focused on that. But prior to that, it’s the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour , and then the Conspirators.”

Slash adds that he is always looking to stay busy for “it keeps me out of trouble, as they say.”

For now, the Guns N’ Roses axeman is set to hit the road in July in support of Orgy of the Damned as part of his S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour. Alongside Slash, artists including Keb’ Mo, ZZ Ward, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Robert Randolph, Warren Haynes Band, and more will feature during the trek.

Last month, Slash revealed that Guns N’ Roses are “trying” to make a new album — a revelation that sent the fandom abuzz given that their last full-length record was 2008’s Chinese Democracy (which did not feature Slash).

The guitarist also recently released a $14,999 Gibson signature guitar that’s based on the “beautiful and killer-sounding” 1963 ES-335 Gibson he used for “more than a few songs” on his new blues LP.

Arriving in a Vintage Sunburst finish with Murphy Lab Light Aging to match his original, the Custom Slash 1963 ES-335 Collector’s Edition is sounded with unpotted Custombucker Alnico 2 humbuckers and is limited to just 50 units.

Guns N’ Roses Confirm Support Acts, Add Dates to 2023 North American Tour

Earlier this year, Guns N' Roses announced dates for their massive world tour. Now, as the North American shows approach, they've locked in some pretty stellar talent to provide support at those shows.

Country superstar Carrie Underwood , Rock and Roll Hall of Famers The Pretenders , the legendary Alice in Chains and rock upstarts Dirty Honey and The Warning will all take turns in the opening slot on their forthcoming run. You can see who is playing which date as noted in the North American tour itinerary below.

It should also be noted that Guns N' Roses have added two more shows to the North American run, playing Pittsburgh's PNC Park on Aug. 18 and Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena on Oct. 14. Tickets for the new Pittsburgh date will be available starting with the band’s presale today (May 31) at 10AM local time, with the general on-sale starting Friday, June 2 at 10AM local time; tickets to the new Seattle date will be available starting Friday, June 9 at 10AM local time, all on gunsnroses.com .

Guns n' roses announces world tour 2023.

Guns N’ Roses return to the road on a massive 2023 World Tour produced by Live Nation, headlining stadiums, festivals, and arenas throughout the summer and fall. 

The powerhouse rock band launch this jaunt on June 5 in Tel Aviv, Israel at Park Hayarkon and will continue across Europe through July 22, wrapping in Athens, Greece. The band will continue onto North America, starting on Saturday, August 5 in Moncton, NB at Medavie Blue Cross Stadium, and will visit historic venues across the country such as Fenway Park in Boston, MA on August 21 and Wrigley Field in Chicago, IL on August 24. The tour concludes in Vancouver, BC at BC Place on Monday, October 16.

Guns N’ Roses Announce Four New North American Tour Dates

Fans of “Paradise City,” “Welcome to the Jungle” and more just got a bit of good news. Acclaimed rock band Guns N’ Roses has announced four new North American tour dates to add to their string of shows set for this year.

The news comes about a month after the band released its latest single, “Perhaps,” along with the rest of the rock group’s forthcoming tour dates. Nightrain presale tickets for the four new shows will go on sale Monday (September 18) with sale for the general public opening two days later. Fans can check out tickets and VIP packages HERE .

The four new stops for the band will take place in Edmonton, Canada; Salt Lake City, Utah; Denver, Colorado; and Nampa, Idaho. The tour kicked off on September 15 in Hollywood and officially ends in Mexico City on November 5.

The new shows also mark yet another busy time for Guns N’ Roses. The band just came off more gigs in Europe, hitting cities like Glastonbury and London.
