• International travellers entering Singapore or Malaysia will have to fulfil the mandatory Border & Health Control Measures in Response to COVID-19 as implemented by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority to be eligible to cruise.
• Kindly note guests that are unfit for vaccination, including those with a medical certificate will NOT be eligible to cruise on the Genting Dream.
• In line with Singapore’s Multi-Ministry Taskforce’s announcement on 24 August recently, kindly be informed with effect from 29 August 2022, guests embarking on the Genting Dream from either homeport in Singapore or Port Klang (Malaysia) will no longer be required to undergo a pre cruise Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for COVID-19.
• In addition to the announcement, mask-wearing at indoor venues on board the ship will no longer be required as per the Singapore ministry’s latest guidelines. However, all cruising guests above the age of 12 (13 years and older) will still be required to be fully vaccinated to be eligible to cruise
• Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is age 18+
• Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the Cruise will be refused permission to board the Vessel and the Carrier shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequences of such refusal. Certain Cruises also have prohibitions on children aged 12 months or less. Guest should check with the Carrier before booking.
• All passports must have at least 6 months validity till the end of the cruise date.
• Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country
• Resorts World Cruises will not accept passengers who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation

Day 1 - Arrival in Singapore

Your day 1 of Dream Cruise Package will begin as you reach the Changi Airport. We will pick you up from the airport and drive you to Singapore Marina Bay cruise port. At 16:40 pm check-in procedure will begin. After checking-in you will relish a flavorsome dinner in the cruise and retire for the night.

Day 2 –Cruise – Genting Cruise

Your Singapore day tour to the Genting Cruise will begin with a delicious breakfast. After this you can engage in a plethora of on-board activities that will give you unforgettable memories. There are 35 restaurants and bars to choose from to enjoy a fine dining experience. The best entertaining places such as Zodiac Theatre, Zouk Beach Club, cabaret and karaoke lounges are available to engage the day in the most enjoyable manner. There are several boutiques on-board to give you a fulfilling retail therapy. Recreational activities such as spa, salon, and fitness centers are another attraction that must be explored to make the best of your tour to Singapore. Apart from these entertaining components, there is also provision for fun sporty activities like Sport Plex, rock climbing wall, pool decks, and waterslide parks among many others. The cruise also boasts of live production shows such as Voyage of lover’s Dream, Rhythm Divine, first-ever ‘China’s Got Talent -The Dream Experience’ at sea. Other than so many things for the adults, the cruise also has a plethora of entertaining options for kids and teens. The Little Pandas Club is for children from the age of 2-12 and consists of a series of fun activities that the kids can choose from. There are also hip-hop dance classes, DJ mixing classes, and a karaoke setup for teens. Zodiac Theatre also hosts a junior talent show called Reach for the Stars where weekly winners are selected by the entertainers or celebrity on board. All the activities on board will be provided on additional charges. Moscow is unlike any other city on Earth. It is the wealthy economic center for one-sixth of the world's land mass and has over 120 ethnic groups and nationalities. Reasons to travel to Moscow

But what makes it so popular among tourists is the concentration of Moscow attractions. When you travel to Moscow you definitely want to see the red-bricked walls of the Kremlin , to take a picture in front of St. Basil's Cathedral , and probably visit the world-famous Bolshoi Theater . All of these places are located within a very small area around Red Square , so seeing them on a walking sightseeing tour of Moscow is convenient and allows you to avoid traffic jams.

The concentration of Moscow's main sights is one of the facts that make this city a world-class tourist destination. The majority of its attractions is centered in one small area, and the Kremlin is the hub of this concentration.

These sights extend into the realm of fantasy and are a must to put on your Moscow itinerary: the colorful domes of the Cathedral of St. Vasily the Blessed, the neo-gothic consumer wonderland that is the GUM , or state department store, and the timepiece of Russia's New Year's celebrations, the Spassky clock tower, all tower over the beautiful Red Square.

The neighboring Kitay-Gorod, or "Basket-Town" (likely a reference to the construction method of the city walls surround it), remains a significant concentration of traditional Russian structures serving as a commercial center. The Bolshoi Theater, the Lubyanka, and the hotels that tower above the Manege Square all are situated within the Boulevard Ring, an urban open-space doubling as a heavily-trafficked roadway created after the Great Fire of 1812, the one that left Napoleon's Army starving deep within wintry Russia.

Moscow transport system

As Europe's largest metropolis, and the 5th largest city in the world, Moscow comes with its share of traffic blunders. It seems that all of the world's most expensive black cars are here, and that most of the city's car owners do not understand the difference between sidewalks and parking lots. Still, while the traffic situation leaves much to be desired, the Moscow subway is superb.

The advanced Metro system carries up to 3 million passengers a day and its trains run every few minutes. With stations that could rival art museums, the Metro is one of Moscow's great must-see sights. Travel in Moscow Metro at least once to see that there is nothing like it in the world.

Best time to visit Moscow

The peak of the Moscow travel season is May through September. However, you may prefer to savor Moscow tourism delicacies during the low travel season. The snowy winter months offer just as many entertainment options as one can find during summer.

Russian President Vladimir Putin reshuffled his defense team in Moscow, a move that caught some observers by surprise, even as Russian troops made significant battlefield progress in Ukraine.

On Sunday Putin replaced his longtime Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu with the economist and First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov. Shoigu, a firm Putin ally, is set to be appointed as secretary of Russia’s powerful Security Council, taking over from Nikolai Patrushev, another close aide to the president. It’s unclear what role Patrushev will step into.

In Ukraine, funding delays and dwindling manpower have led to a “difficult” situation for Ukrainian troops, a top military official told The Guardian this weekend. Russian troops are furthering their advances, and Moscow now controls more of Ukraine than it has at any point since its Feb. 2022 invasion.

Cabinet reshuffle points to focus on Russian war economy

The reshuffle marks “the biggest shake-up” of Putin’s security officials in a decade and a half, noted the Financial Times, at a time when Russian forces are making gains against Ukraine’s army. The removal of Shoigu, once viewed as “near-untouchable,” is being projected as the Kremlin trying “to rein in Russia’s runaway defence spending” by appointing an economist, it wrote. One analyst told the outlet the reshuffle showed it was “clear that Russian economic elites performed far better than military elites in this war.”

It’s not clear if Russia’s push into Ukraine’s northeastern region of Kharkiv will amount to a major loss in Ukrainian ground, despite acknowledgments from top officials in Kyiv about the difficult situation that troops are facing. Ukraine had been readying for an attack in Kharkiv for weeks, military expert Phillips O’Brien wrote, and it came as no surprise when Moscow launched a fresh push this weekend. The offensive comes as Russia tries to gain ground before Western aid arrives in Kyiv, O’Brien noted. “These attacks seem very much an effort of lots of pressing in lots of places, to see if anything works ,” he wrote.

MOSCOW -- Armenia's prime minister visited Moscow and held talks Wednesday with Russian President Vladimir Putin amid spiraling tensions between the estranged allies.

Putin hosted Nikol Pashinyan for talks following a summit of the Eurasian Economic Union, a Moscow-dominated economic alliance they both attended earlier in the day. The negotiations came a day after Putin began his fifth term at a glittering Kremlin inauguration.

In brief remarks at the start of the talks, Putin said that bilateral trade was growing, but acknowledged “some issues concerning security in the region.”

Pashinyan, who last visited Moscow in December, said that “certain issues have piled up since then.”

Armenia's ties with its longtime sponsor and ally Russia have grown increasingly strained after Azerbaijan waged a lightning military campaign in September to reclaim the Karabakh region, ending three decades of ethnic Armenian separatists’ rule there.

Armenian authorities accused Russian peacekeepers who were deployed to Nagorno-Karabakh after the previous round of hostilities in 2020 of failing to stop Azerbaijan's onslaught. Moscow, which has a military base in Armenia, has rejected the accusations, arguing that its troops didn’t have a mandate to intervene.

The Kremlin, in turn, has been angered by Pashinyan’s efforts to deepen ties with the West and distance his country from Moscow-dominated security and economic alliances.

Just as Pashinyan was visiting Moscow on Wednesday, Armenia’s Foreign Ministry announced that the country will stop paying fees to the Collective Security Treaty Organization, a Russia-dominated security pact. Armenia has previously suspended its participation in the grouping as Pashinyan has sought to bolster ties with the European Union and NATO.

Russia was also vexed by Armenia’s decision to join the International Criminal Court, which last year indicted Putin for alleged war crimes connected to the Russian action in Ukraine .

Moscow, busy with the Ukrainian conflict that has dragged into a third year, has publicly voiced concern about Yerevan's westward shift but sought to downplay the differences.
