The tour is in support of The Weeknd’s After Hours album released in 2020 and his Dawn FM album released this year, with the original After Hours dates pushed back multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

After Hours had a hugely successful run in the UK Albums chart, peaking at number one, and producing top 10 singles Heartless and Save Your Tears, as well global number one hit Blinding Lights, which ranks as the sixth most streamed song of all time in the UK.

His Dawn FM album, which also features on the tour, hit number one in the UK following its release earlier in the year.

If you couldn't feel your face after missing out on tickets for The Weeknd, then we've got good news! The artist has added two new UK dates to his After Hours til Dawn tour.

The tour, set to take place throughout Europe in 2023, was hugely popular when tickets first went on sale in November. The tour was announced following the success of his latest album Dawn FM. The Weeknd — also know as Abel Makkonen Tesfaye — will do an extra night at the London Stadium in the former Olympic Park, as well as one night at Wembley Stadium.

Ever since his debut on YouTube in 2009, The Weeknd has been known for his dark lyrical styling. He has had numerous chart-topping hits with the likes of Can't Feel My Face and The Hills.

Here's how to get your hands on tickets for the newly released dates of The Weeknd's 2023 tour.

The Weeknd 2023 UK tour: when do tickets for the new dates go on sale?

Tickets for the After Hours til Dawn tour have been on sale on Ticketmaster for a few weeks now, but there is still some availability for the earlier dates. However, most of these are either via re-sale (and at an accelerated price) or for the priciest band of VIP tickets.

But the good news is, the newest dates have tickets live now!

General sale for the new tickets went live at midday today (Friday 16th December). The earlier dates sold really quickly when they went on sale, so if you're keen to see The Weeknd we recommend you act quickly. Good luck!

The Weeknd at London Stadium: timings, setlist and everything you need to know

The Starboy is in London for two shows this week

India Lawrence

Hot off the press run for one of the more, erm, questionable  TV shows in recent memory (according to this review , at least) The Weeknd is back to doing something he’s more celebrated for – singing. The Starboy touches down in London this week, playing two huge shows at London Stadium on July 7 and 8. The singer (real name Abel Tesfaye) will perform his ‘A fter Hours Til Dawn’ tour at  the east London venue sans rat-tail, and will be dropping hits like ‘Blinding Lights’, ‘Save Your Tears’ and ‘Die For You’. From set times to the bag policy and setlist, this is everything you need to know ahead of the concert.

What time will The Weeknd come on stage?

While doors open as early as 4.30pm, The Weeknd isn't due to come on stage until around 8pm.

What’s the full setlist?

An official setlist hasn’t been released, but from taking a look at what he’s played at other shows on the tour, it’ll likely look something like this:

  • Take My Breath
  • Sacrifice (Swedish House Mafia remix)
  • How Do I Make You Love Me?
  • Can’t Feel My Face
  • Lost in the Fire (Gesaffelstein & The Weeknd cover)
  • Hurricane (Kanye West cover)
  • Crew Love (Drake cover)
  • House of Balloons
  • Low Life (Future cover)
  • Party Monster
  • After Hours
  • Out of Time
  • I Feel It Coming
  • Die for You
  • Is There Someone Else?
  • I Was Never There
  • Wicked Games
  • Call Out My Name
  • The Morning
  • Save Your Tears
  • Less Than Zero
  • Blinding Lights
  • Tears in the Rain
  • Creepin’ (Metro Boomin cover)
  • Popular (The Weeknd, Playboi Carti & Madonna cover)
  • In Your Eyes
  • Moth to a Flame (Swedish House Mafia & The Weeknd cover)

Who is supporting The Weeknd at London Stadium?

The Weeknd will be joined by Kaytranada and producer Mike Dean (who also had a cameo in ‘The Idol’) on all his European dates.

Are there any tickets left?

There are still some tickets going on Ticketmaster , and some for as little at £23.80. They do have a restricted view, mind.

What’s the London stadium bag policy?

Bags are allowed but the venue has requested fans not to bring them if possible to help avoid delays. All small bags will be subject to searches and large bags won't be permitted.

What time does The Weeknd concert end?

The show is likely to finish at around 10pm.

ICYMI: Bruce Springsteen at London BST Hyde Park – everything you need to know.

The Weeknd has announced a fourth London show to add to his forthcoming ‘After Hours’ UK tour. The artist, real name Abel Tesfaye, will tour later this year in support of his upcoming fourth studio album , which is set for release on 20 March.

Also titled After Hours , the singer’s new album, the follow-up to 2016’s Starboy , will arrive on March 20, and follow the release of 2019 tracks ‘Blinding Lights’ and ‘Heartless’.

After announcing the British and European jaunt last month, The Weeknd has now added a fourth date to his ‘After Hours’ UK Tour at The O2 in London on 23, October, due to high demand. Elsewhere in The Weeknd news, It was recently revealed that Tesfaye wasn’t originally slated to star in Uncut Gems , in which he played a pop star who gets into a fight with Howard Ratner, played by Adam Sandler.

Directors Josh and Benny Safdie told NME that they initially considered a number of artists before settling on The Weeknd, with the brothers later striking up an “awesome” friendship with the Canadian star during filming.

“We became friends after he saw Good Time , he really liked that film a lot,” said Josh. “But before we met him, I remember we did a table where ASAP Ferg and it was a character named Privilege.”

He continued: “Before it was Ferg, it was going to be an unknown [artist], like a local aspiring rapper – actually we were talking about Troy Ave for a little bit.”
