Excellent customer service

An order arrived damaged, I emailed customer services and explained (and sent photos) the problem and it was dealt with very quickly and with no hassle. The replacement was sent out the same day. Couldn't ask for better service and I always stick with companies who obviously care about their customers and give great service. It is the first time I've had a problem.

Excellent customer service. I asked about something to stop bars sticking to the travel tins. It turns out there should be little mats inside, which were obviously missing. Some mats and a spare tin were despatched to me very quickly. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and their products, are lovely too.

Excellent customer service. In error (mine) I signed up to a subscription with Gruum. As soon as I became aware, I emailed Gruum to explain and was replied to very promptly and efficiently by 'Jay'. I was given the option of returning the goods and receiving a refund and this was all dealt with very quickly with no quibbles. The Gruum products I have used are great but at this moment in time, I cannot afford to sign up for a regular order.

Awesome customer service!

Phone accidentally autocorrected to the wrong address without realising (luckily address wasn’t completed and was returned) grüum customer service got in touch to explain the possible problem. Helped me out and got it sent back with an even quicker delivery method. Thank you very much Freddy and Jay!

Brilliant products and customer service

Have placed a couple of orders with Gruum so far and have been really pleased with the products so far. Shampoo bars are lovely with plenty of lather and the mandarin hand soaps smell fantastic, can still smell them in the bathroom after using. Face washes are lovely and gentle on my skin and smell great as well, nice for the morning wake up. My last order had an item missing but Sue responded to my email straight away and item was posted out tracked delivery immediately so thank you very much Sue. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Great for combi skin

This is an amazing brand, especially for sensitive/combi skin!! All feels super hydrating and gentle, plus it smells good. Had a mixup with my most recent order but customer service were quick to respond and get it sorted in no time. Will be reccommending to friends !

Great customer service

I have used Gruum products for a while now and always rated them 5/5. Today I had to deal with customer care due to a slight mishap on my order, these guys are also 5/5!!! Everything was sorted out that day, within hours TBH, and my product arrived within 2 days. Brilliant service, thanks again.

Excellent products and customer service

I've ordered from Gruum a few times and can't fault their products. I recently got a wrong item in my order but the customer service was excellent and my original products are on their way to me, and they let me keep the product I received in error. I absolutely love their patchouli and ylang ylang soap, as it's my favourite combination, and it reminds me of the 'luxurious' soap that comes with a label on it 😏 The exfoliating soap for hands and feet is one of the best products I've ever used. I bought it months ago and have only had to use it twice on my feet as it's that effective. My son loves the klår Brightening Facial Cleanser and says it's the best thing he's used on his skin. So many great products and lots of special offers. I'm always happy when I get a delivery as it's smells devine.

Great products

I have bought the toothpaste tablets for cleaning your teeth and some soap bars. I am really pleased with both, the tablets are really easy to use and store, just crunch one up and you get a great clean plus the soaps have a lovely smell and lather well , mint and poppyseed is great!!

Brilliant products and service

Discovering their brightening facial cleanser has been a god send for my perimenopausal skin! It's really helped with the rocasea. I've liked all their other products too. After reporting an issue with an order they delt with it quickly and have re-sent the correct order. Very pleased.

Shower Gel Bars 👎

I ordered the shower gel bars in an offer through Railcard. They took a while to arrive but they were nicely packaged. Unfortunately, when I went to use them they did not lather up at all, and I was very disappointed (although the smells were amazing)

Gruum shower gel bars

Ordered the shower gel bars in an offer. Arrived nicely packaged. Unless I'm missing something they did not act like shower gel or soap for that matter producing virtually no lather (& I live in a soft water area) They did smell nice but as far as using in a shower I found they extremely disappointing.

Fabulous service and great product

Despite only paying for the postage for a free sample of 3 products, the service I have received from the team at this company has restored my faith in people! Unfortunately the non plastic package containing my free samples had come open when it was received by Royal Mail. Despite identifying this and putting into a sealed plastic bag, it was too late and one of the samples was missing when I received it. I emailed Grüum to let them know of the issue & my disappointment with the missing item and sent them photos in case there was an issue with their packaging area. I was not really expecting much of a response as, in my experience nowadays, most companies are not interested in their customers, just about their profits. However, I was so pleasantly surprised when, not only did a member of their team email me back promptly with their apologies, but also arranged for the missing (free!) item to be resent via tracked delivery at no further cost to me. Not only fantastic service, but the products are fabulous too and feel great on my skin and hair! I will definitely be ordering replacement and further products from them in the near future.

• Leave for 10 minutes.
• Wash off with warm water.

• Add a sprinkle to hot running water and allow the to dissolve.
• Soak and Rinse.

• Massage a generous amount onto clean skin with circular movements until absorbed.
