How to book a trip with us . IMPORTANT!  Please read before booking a trip!

To Book a trip with us please send the following information along with your deposit. The deposit for most trips is $100 per person. (See below for exceptions.) If you are booking a trip 60 days or less before the departure date, the entire amount is due . Most trips require some walking. Even though most are bus trips, you can’t see things if you stay on the bus. Some trips require more walking than others. Most all our overseas trips require several hours of walking each day, and it is often on rough surfaces such as cobblestone streets, etc. If you are not sure that you can tolerate the walking that is involved, please contact us before booking. If some travelers are not able to keep up with the pace, it holds others back. It is very important that you check to be sure you are physically able to do a trip before you book. Deposits on trips are now non-refundable. They can be applied to book another trip. Balances will be due on some trips 90 days prior to the trip. This includes trips that include a flight, a cruise, the SEC Tournament, and all trips that include international travel. These trips also have more than a $100 deposit. Please check with us before booking. No money will be refunded once the final payment is due. You will need to purchase travel insurance, if you don’t want to risk losing money should you have to cancel. Great trip with G&M Tours

This was bus a trip with G&M Tours to Mackinaw Island. We received great value for the cost of the trip. We stayed in excellent hotels and ate included meals in outstanding restaurants (including the Grand Hotel). The owners are friendly and do everything in their power to ensure you enjoy the trip. I will definitely travel with them again.

This trip was great. Enjoyed everything we did and saw. Well worth the money. Mary was fantastic about keeping us moving with the things she had planned for us. Gave ample time to shop or do as we wanted between tours. Loved Tybee Island and St. Simons Island Lighthouses. Loved the dolphin cruise! What can I say except I really had a great time and look forward to going on another trip with them!

I've taken several bus tours over the years with various companies, and I have to say G&M Tours is by far the best. The owners, Mary and Kim, are fine Christian ladies who go above and beyond to make sure your traveling experience is enjoyable and you get your money's worth. They stay in the best accommodations and participate in the top attractions in every city visited on the tour. They also provide many extras on every trip, such as snacks, t-shirt, and "door" prizes. It is very refreshing to travel and have every detail taken care of for you; all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the ride! I refer all my friends and family to them and strongly recommend this company to all.

I would never go with this group again. We were always eating fast food. We could barely see out of the windows because they chose this bus over a bus we could see out of for cup holders. This was supposed to be a scenic tour. Instead, the family members up front took pictures and air dropped them to your phone. Of course I made the best of it and enjoyed a lot of things that went along with it. One person voiced her concerns and every morning they would speak about that on the bus, even using Christ to speak of attitude. The person in charge was rude if you asked her a question and always made excuses. We stayed in hotels that were substandard and no restaurant near. Mary always blamed the hotel for telling her that there was restaurants near. When I would get to the hotel they said they never spoke to her about that. There are many travel groups out there. Choose wisely. I have been on other tours that were much better and included much more for the money.

First off I want to say I enjoyed the trip because I love everything about Elvis, but I don't recall either owner ever speaking to me, unless I spoke to them first. We stayed at the Graceland guest house two nights and one night in Nashville. We had too much to do in the short time we had. Therefore, a lot of it was cut short, or cut out all together.not enough time to see all Elvis Presley's Memphis museums, no places to eat, also before we ever went on the trip they were asked about the meals and we were told all breakfast was included and one dinner, when we get to the motel, the owner comes out and says that if we want breakfast, we have to pay 22or23 dollars each for breakfast because they weren't going to pay an extra for us. you either had to eat at the hotel, or get a taxi to get to a restaurant. we did not get to do a couple of things that were on the itinerary such as the Tupelo hardware store, where Elvis got his first guitar. We didn't go to the Peabody hotel, which I don't care about watching the duck walk anyway. But some of the people had never seen it that wanted to. in the itinerary it says we will have time to explore Beale Street which we barely did, and by the time it started getting the live action we had to leave because the owners thought the bus driver would be too tired. we were supposed to have had lunch at Loretta Lynn's hurricane Mills,, which we did not. A lot of our meals consisted of fast food. I know these ladies work hard to make a vacation dream for us, but there was just too much crammed in in a very short time. they did provide you with plenty of water and snacks. The bus driver was excellent. Seems to me like we had to tip everyone and their momma. The owners were a couple of retired, schoolteacher, and one of them treated us like we were kids in school. I rarely heard the other one speak at all I'm just going to be blunt they weren't friendly.

It was a great trip and I enjoyed meeting new people. We stayed at good hotels and had the opportunity to express our views about the trip. We had snacks and drinks provided and our driver was top notch. There was zero drama and the host fulfilled all her promises. I would recommend G/M tours without reservation. They are truthful, affordable and they don’t try to impose their religion or political affiliation on you.

Traveled with G & M Tours to Germany to see the Passion Play in Oberamagau. This was an amazing trip. We also visited 5 other countries while in Europe. The trip was planned down to the last detail. We had excellent guides with local knowledge for all of our stops along the way. I love traveling with G&M as all I had to worry about was having my passport and getting on the bus on time. Thank you Mary and Kim!

We boarded the bus in Mt. Sterling a little after 8 in the morning. My wife had traveled with them before and was a little stressed as the seats were smaller than before. Mary greeted us upon loading and assigned us our seats. We then headed off to D.C., it's a ten hour plus drive from Mt. Sterling. They gave us breakfast sandwiches, which were great as our full breakfast hotel had not breakfast at all. We then had a ton of snacks and drinks enroute. We stopped for lunch, whatever fast food you would like and then on to D.C.. We finally made it to our hotel which was FANTASTIC! We had a great room and several restruants withing walking distance. If you do D.C. there is lots of walking involved, as in miles. I think we saw everything that you could in four days! They took us everywhere and adjusted when needed. It was a great trip and we are looking forward to going to Savannah with them in the fall.

Traveling with G@M Tours is the best. This trip was so well planned and stress free. And you definitely get your money’s worth while traveling with them. Their itineraries are packed with activities and things to to do. We stayed at an awesome hotel and you will always feel safe. They are wonderful!
